On first taste, you notice the structure, balance, and juicy acids that envelope your palate. Various citrus fruits and lemon zest coupled with hints of mandarin orange and apricot lead to a luscious mouthfeel that finishes with mid-palate minerality. Just bottled in August, it will only improve.
